Located just outside Zion National Park, Zion Shooting Experience offers one of the most unique and memorable activities in Southern Utah. Surrounded by incredible desert scenery, we provide a safe, professional, and exciting outdoor shooting experience for visitors from all over the world.
Whether it’s your first time ever holding a firearm or you have previous experience, our goal is simple: help you feel comfortable, confident, and safe while having an unforgettable time on the range.
This isn’t just “aim and shoot.” Each experience is guided by a professional instructor who works with you one-on-one, teaching proper firearm handling, safety, and shooting fundamentals in a relaxed, controlled environment. We take the time to make sure every guest understands what they’re doing and enjoys the experience at their own pace.
Guests have the opportunity to shoot a variety of firearms, including modern pistols and AR-15 style rifles, all while taking in the wide-open landscape that makes this part of Utah so special.
We regularly host individuals, couples, families, and groups, including bachelor parties and corporate outings—looking for something different than the typical tourist activity.

How It Works?
We’ll provide you with an instructor who will be with you the entire time, teaching you what to do – and what not to do – to have the maximum amount of fun possible. If you’re looking for a Saint George Utah shooting range, come and try the best.
The outdoor shooting range has stationary targets, moving targets, and even explosive targets! You’ll learn how to hold a gun, the correct stance, trigger control, and how to move from target to target…you can even try breaching and clearing a house just like you’ve seen on TV.
